Pune Metro has introduced a comprehensive policy for booking the Auditorium, Open Terrace Garden, Conference Room and Cafeteria Facility located at Metro Bhawan, above District Court Metro Station, Shivajinagar, Pune.
The facilities are available for classical music concerts, dance performances, theatre productions, cultural programmes, literary events, educational seminars, academic conferences, workshops, book releases, corporate seminars and MahaMetro-approved Government/Public Sector programmes.
The policy includes detailed information on booking procedures, eligibility, rental charges, security deposits, operational timings, organiser responsibilities, branding guidelines, safety requirements, cancellation policy and the application process.

Modern, well-equipped spaces for corporate events, conferences, cultural programs, social gatherings, and food-complete with parking, lift access, and accessible amenities.
Auditorium
312-seat capacity with air conditioning, lighting and sound systems.
Conference Room
Seating capacity of 25 persons, digital presentation screen, sound system and attached pantry.
Open Terrace Garden
1,923 sq. m. area with a high-level stage, party lawn, water body, lighting system and attached pantry.
Two-level basement parking, lift access and accessible toilet facilities are also available.
